We're Hiring!

Family Services' Counseling Clinic is seeking a full-time licensed Co-Occurring Substance Abuse Disorder Therapist or Co-Occurring Therapist-in-Training to join our team who will serve clients in our Green Bay Clinic location. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive assessments by collecting all information outlined in the program's Biopsychosocial Assessment Form, providing and updating diagnostic impressions based on information collected from the assessments, developing treatment plans by establishing treatment goals with the client and obtaining client / parent's signatures on treatment plan, and implementing treatment by providing psychotherapy in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment plan.

Qualifications

Education Requirement :

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other closely related mental health discipline.
