Aerotek is hiring immediately for Reach Truck Forklift Operators in New Castle County!

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely unloading trucks, transporting inventory, and placing materials onto warehouse racking systems. This role requires recent hands-on experience operating reach trucks and the ability to work with minimal training.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory.
• Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists.
• Safely transport materials to designated storage locations within the warehouse.
• Place inventory onto high racking systems with precision and care.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Castle County, DE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
