HAIR STYLISTS :

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair, and a deep understanding of the latest trends in hair techniques. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, extensions, and most importantly, delivering exceptional color services tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and other treatments (e.g. keratin, hair extensions, etc)

Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on hair color choices and styling options.

Apply various hair coloring techniques, such as balayage, ombre, highlights, lowlights, and color corrections.

Stay current on the latest hair color trends, products, and techniques to ensure clients receive the best possible service.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon hygiene standards.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Upsell salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience.

Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and trends

Collaborate with the salon team to provide an exceptional client experience

Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries

Qualifications :

Valid cosmetology license

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist / Colorist for at least 2 years with a strong portfolio of previous work

Extensive knowledge of hair color theory and techniques.

Ability to work with all hair types and textures.

Excellent customer service and communication skills with high energy

Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon setting

Self-motivated and goal oriented

Strong teamwork abilities and a commitment to collaboration

Strong sales skills to effectively upsell salon products and services

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Sundays and evenings

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
