Wisconsin Licensed Reimbursement Auditor

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Auditing Specialist (Remote in Wisconsin).

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coding for various healthcare services including clinic, inpatient, and outpatient

Review medical record documentation to ensure accurate charging for services

Conduct audits, identify coding issues, and provide staff education for optimal coding and billing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Successful completion of required coding courses within one year of hire

Minimum of three years of coding experience

Coding certification from an approved organization

Preferred : Associate degree in Medical Billing and Coding or related field

Preferred : Three years of progressive surgical coding / auditing experience
