Strive Center for Autism in Burton (Grand Blanc), Michigan is currently seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our outstanding team at our bright and cheerful facility. We are located at G-4476 S Dort Hwy, Burton, MI 48529, right near the intersection of Dort Hwy and Maple Rd.
FULL AND PART TIME OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE CURRENTLY
Full time hours are 8 : 15am - 4 : 00pm, Monday-Friday
Part time hours are dependent on the center's needs, but will be a consistent AM or PM schedule (AM = 8 : 15am - approximately noon, PM = approximately noon - 4 : 00pm)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervised Fieldwork Opportunities Available

60 college credits preferredExperience with children required; experience with children with ASD preferredExperience and training with ABA preferredAbility to interact professionally with parentsAbility to multi-task; implementing behavior intervention protocols, skill acquisition protocols, and following standard practices all at the same timeGreat written and oral communication skillsCompletion of 40 hour online RBT training within the first 30 days of employmentCompletion of Crisis Management training within the first 180 days of employmentResponsibilities include but are not limited to :
Implement ABA treatment protocols under the supervision of a BCBAFluently implement skill acquisition programs for any childrenProvide supervision of clients during the clients’ lunch period, which may include heating or cutting food, and implementing treatment protocols related to lunch skillsAccurately collect data daily (tools provided)Accurately graph data daily (tools provided)Accurately complete billing / session notes for clientsAttend staff meetings as requiredAttend professional development as requiredPhysical Demands and Work Environment
In order to successfully perform the essential duties of this job, the employee must be able to meet the following physical demands :
