A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Duluth, MN.
Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and interventions
Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively using multiple software systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
Ability to ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
Wired, stable internet connection for remote work
Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
