General Purpose : The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (Fpa) will be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and business analytics functions for Ross. As a key leader within the finance team, this role will provide critical insights and decision support to senior leadership, helping drive financial performance, profitability, and strategic growth initiatives. Additionally, the Director of Fpa will own the creation of various financial reports and board level updates to support our Senior Executives (including "C" level executives), Board of Directors, and Investor Relations department. The successful candidate will possess a strategic mindset with a deep understanding of retail financial dynamics, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to partner effectively across multiple business units. This is a high-impact role that requires a forward-thinking finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The Director will report to the Vice President of Fpa and will interact frequently with Executives across the Company. The base salary range for this role is $128,300 - $241,850. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and / or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
