Job descriptionIndividuals with a real estate license or actively pursuing one Self-starters who are coachable and eager to learn Excellent communicators with a service-first mindset People seeking a long-term career with growth potential in real estate Learning proven sales systems for prospecting and lead conversion Attending showings, listing appointments, and client meetings Following up consistently with leads and clients Building your brand and book of business under experienced guidance Attend structured training programs to enhance real estate knowledge and sales skills Conduct outreach via calls, texts, and emails to build new client relationships Use provided scripts and frameworks to set qualified buyer or seller appointments Maintain a strong presence in the CRM by updating notes, tasks, and contact info daily Support internal team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative sales environment Deliver regular progress updates to leadership on key performance metrics Real Estate License required or willingness to complete licensing quickly Excellent phone and written communication skills High level of accountability and ability to work independently Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and sales software Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Commission-based position with high-income potential
