Strittmatter Wealth Group, a fast-growing financial planning and investment firm, is seeking a warm, personable, and detail-oriented Greeter / Director of First Impressions to be the welcoming face of our firm. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset, ensuring every visitor feels valued and at ease from the moment they arrive. This role is ideal for someone seeking to stay active in a professional setting. As the first point of contact for clients and guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. The position is located in a formal business environment and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a stable, full-time capacity.

Strittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC (SWMG) is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor located in downtown Fort Worth, TX. We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning, investment management and business planning to high-net-worth clients and business owners. What makes us different is that we are an independent investment firm that offers unique investment options that many other firms do not offer including Alternative Investments, Private Real Estate portfolios and access to world class Institutional Managers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Manage visitor check-ins and appointments, ensuring seamless operations.
• Maintain an organized, professional front desk environment that aligns with company standards.
• Provide accurate information about Strittmatter Wealth Group and direct clients to appropriate staff members.
• Assist with administrative duties, including : data entry, scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room usage.
• Adhere to security protocols, ensuring all visitors are signed in and properly authorized to enter.
• Support general office operations and assist staff with basic tasks as needed.
