  • 24h call coverage 5-8 shifts per month
  • 5-10 general surgery consults per day
  • Lower level acute care surgery cases
  • Bread and butter general surgery procedures including appendectomies
  • 10.3 hours typical weekday callback, 10.9 hours weekend callback
  • Gallbladder, hernia, and GI-related consultations
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
  • We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
  • We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
