Customer Logistics Customer Project Manager (CW) Reports to Global Logistics, ensuring strategic alignment across cross-functional teams, leading vehicle utilization optimization for Customer Shipments.
Leverages Power BI analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in Customer Load Factor Metrics (LFM), with a goal of improving baseline performance to an 80% vehicle utilization rate.
Develops decision-support tools, including prioritization matrices, process maps, and implementation timelines to accelerate the rollout of load factor initiatives Prepares and participates in onsite events including Distribution Centers and Manufacturing plants, Summits, Workshops, etc.
Partners with Americas Domestic Transportation to ensure consistent operational execution of improvement plans at sites to drive measurable improvements in shipping efficiency.
Owns cross-functional solution development with Commercial and customer engagement teams to resolve systemic issues beyond site-level operational controls.
Defines customer-site-level load factor targets, tracks and reports improvement activities, creating visibility into initiative progress Leads performance reviews with leadership to ensure accountability and realization of value-based customer logistics initiatives.
Leads deployment of Customer Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) optimization initiatives and increase 'pick to pallet' ratio at US DCs to 65 %.
Leads and kicks off new customer order shipping frequency optimization initiatives to align order patterns with transportation capacity and efficiency goals.
Establishes a structured feedback and review mechanism with Customer Engagement teams to review progress and uphold Customer satisfaction.
Lead and participate in customer calls to present initiatives customer valued Continuously improves the Global Load Factor Playbook and RACI regarding customer shipment optimization activities Maintains and updates content within centralized Viva Engage Community; links, documents, events, and responding to inquiries and ideation sharing.
Generates and distributes executive-level performance summaries that provide real-time visibility into global Customer load factor metrics, shipment efficiency, and cost savings performance, tailored for site and regional leadership.
Set up governance procedures to maintain improvements Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group.
Worker to manage global supply of critical raw materials.
