Job Overview

Justin Bealls Landscape Service is seeking skilled and motivated Landscape & Hardscape Laborer to join our growing Field Operations team. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work and take pride in creating top-tier landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor living environments. Candidates must have prior experience in construction or landscaping, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate trucks and trailers.

We take pride in building some of Pittsburgh's most beautiful landscapes, pools, and outdoor living areas. Key Responsibilities

Perform physical landscaping and hardscaping work on residential projects

Operate landscape tools, skid steers, excavators, and other related equipment

Load, drive, and haul materials using trucks and trailers

Maintain job site cleanliness and equipment readiness

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Follow safety procedures and wear company-provided PPE

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in landscaping or construction (required)

High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Ability to lift 80 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Valid Pennsylvania drivers license with reliable transportation to our Plum location

Experience with trucks and trailers (preferred)

Skid steer, excavator, or other equipment operation experience (major plus)Dependable, positive attitude and professional conduct on residential job sites

Ability to pass drug screen and DOT physical
