Job descriptionBuild good relationships with NAPA customers. Monitor incoming orders. Prepare inventory orders for delivery. Assist Dispatcher with coordinating routes and schedules. Keep warehouse organized. Monthly bonuses Paid Time Off Paid holidays Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) match Store discount Uniform provided Valid Drivers License. Ability to back into parking spots. Previous retail experience preferred. GED Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated. Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift. Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds. Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids. Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively. This is not a complete list of responsibilities. Other duties may be required as needed.

JOB PURPOSE : The Warehouse & Delivery Associate is an active position responsible for preparing parts for delivery to various customers. This position is a key contact point with commercial customers and is accountable for excellent and punctual service.
