Our client is seeking a Senior Designer to join a collaborative creative team dedicated to redefining the retail experience. This role offers the opportunity to contribute ideas daily, influence design outcomes, and help shape innovative point-of-purchase (POP) displays for leading brands in the home improvement industry. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise with POP displays and familiarity with paint programs from major national brands. Continuous collaboration with creative, sales, and engineering teams is critical to success.
You Will :
- Act as a driving source of creative inspiration, setting the visual tone for campaigns, in-store shopper experiences, and merchandising displays.
- Continuously research retail, fashion, and consumer trends to translate cultural insights into compelling visual stories that connect with target audiences.
- Inspire and mentor peers by curating top-tier references, mood boards, and concept directions that elevate brand expression across physical and digital retail touchpoints.
- Foster a culture of innovation and design excellence that pushes creative boundaries while maintaining commercial relevance and brand consistency.
- Apply and develop advanced design skills appropriate to your area of specialization, supporting the project team using a wide range of professional capabilities.
- Participate in concept development through fabrication, engaging with cross-functional partners to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Research innovative forms, materials, and concepts to deliver relevant and effective design solutions.
- Develop sketches, digital concepts, and prototypes while assembling image boards and presentations to communicate ideas.
- Design marketing collateral, new business materials, and visual presentations that reflect high creative standards and brand alignment.
- Attend internal meetings, manage timelines, and collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
You Have :
A minimum of four years of professional design experience, preferably in POP, retail, or experiential environments.A degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Rhino or a similar 3D program, within a Mac environment.A strong understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and an ability to translate strategy into creative execution.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and defend ideas across teams and disciplines.A passion for staying current with design, retail, and material innovation trends.A collaborative mindset, resourcefulness under tight deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A commitment to design quality, accuracy, and professional growth within a creative team environment.Logistics :
