Capital Markets Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Capital Markets and Treasury. Key Responsibilities Support whole loan sales activities and manage existing programs and investor relationships Assist in the execution of asset-backed securitizations and other debt financings Perform cash flow modeling and liquidity forecasting for capital planning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 4-6+ years of experience in capital markets, or a master's degree with equivalent experience Securitization experience with strong cash flow modeling skills Experience in managing deal flow and third-party relationships Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent MS Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
