Supervisor
PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to support PacArctic and our government customer. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties :
At the direction of the Project Manager, the supervisor will serve as primary representative; manage contract-related matters, notices, deliverables, and daily operations to include (but not limited to) :
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of five (5) years of Operations & Maintenance / Facilities Management experience, with at least 2 years in a project management / supervisory role. Experience must include operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for buildings of similar size, complexity, and characteristics. Minimum Education : High School Diploma. Minimum Experience : 2 Years as a Supervisor of trades staff.
