Location : Allentown, Pennsylvania

Duration : Contract- 1 Year Full-Time W2 with benefits

Lehigh Service Center in Allentown, PA Hybrid : (Tues- Thurs in office, m / f)

Job Overview :

The Scheduler III will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing schedules for various projects and operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks. The Scheduler III will work closely with teams to optimize workflows and maintain project timelines.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and update schedules as needed to reflect changes or delays.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to project timelines and milestones.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in scheduling or project management roles.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
