Job descriptionLead SOX compliance efforts including walkthroughs, testing, and evaluations Review audit documentation to ensure quality and accuracy Partner with external auditors and internal leaders to meet timelines and deliverables Identify internal control gaps and recommend process improvements Manage and mentor audit staff, including Audit Manager and interns Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ in leadership Public accounting experience (Big 4 or second-tier) strongly preferred Experience managing SOX in a decentralized, public company environment

Compensation : $170K - $192K + 20% annual bonus
