Required Qualifications

2+ years as an engineering manager or technical lead with systems-level knowledge

Strong technical foundation with prior experience as a tech lead or staff+ engineer in backend systems

Deep experience running production systems and managing on-call rotations

Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineers

Strong understanding of Linux, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimizations
