You will be responsible for managing the consulting services and team, working with their diverse portfolio of clients to help solve any safety issues they may face. The Role

• Act as the lead consultant responsible for conducting initial client site assessments and deep-dive needs analysis to accurately determine the scope and requirements of H&S services
• Develop and recommend customized H&S solutions, training programs, and consulting services to clients
• Review, edit, and provide final sign-off on client reports, audit findings, and compliance documentation, to ensure they comply with all regulatory standards
• Provide safety consulting services to clients across various industries, answering any regulatory and technical safety questions they may have
• Lead and support junior consultants and team members, to ensure continued professional development
