A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GENERAL MANAGER

As a General Manager, you want to help team members succeed. You come to work with the goal to work hard, lead, teach, and contribute to a great environment in our restaurant. Throughout your day, you eagerly interact with team members and ensure that our customers enjoy superior customer service. You assist in food preparation and are proud of the high-quality, fresh food that is delivered to our happy customers.

You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service. Using your great communication and leadership skills, you are able to keep employees engaged and motivated. During each shift, you maintain the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness to make sure our restaurant continues to run smoothly and is profitable. And your willingness to work right alongside your team helps create a cooperative environment based on teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years old or older
• 2+ years experience working in restaurant management or 3+ years of retail management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for 5+ hours and lift 35+ lbs
• Driver's License
