PCA Repair Technician

Location : Everett, WA

At Fluke, we build tools that empower professionals to keep the world up and running. Our Pressure Calibration team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to test, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit assemblies (PCAs) that support our industry-leading calibration products.

This is a hands-on role where your expertise in electronics will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of our products used by engineers and technicians around the globe.

Primary Responsibilities :

Analyzes schematics for troubleshooting circuits

Utilizes test equipment to test and repair circuit board assemblies

Assists and supports production in testing of PCAs

Work with buyers and material planners to improve supplier quality.

Develop test setups and troubleshooting setups

Document processes, test results and troubleshooting steps

Basic Qualifications :

Vocational or technical training in electronics field, or an associate's degree in a related field

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair or testing, surface-mount soldering

Proficiency with electronic test equipment (e.g., digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Clear communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Associates or BS degree in electronics or military equivalent

IPC 610 Certification
