You'll be in the data trenches designing experiments, developing models, and creating dashboards that turn raw information into actionable insights. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving real business problems with data and wants their work to drive impact.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain efficient predictive models and statistical analyses that help us understand marketplace performance, athlete engagement, and revenue trends.
• Develop clear, interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau) that communicate key results and drive decisions.
• Collaborate closely with teammates across Product, Engineering, and Revenue to connect data science to product outcomes.
• Continuously refine models and analyses to improve accuracy and business value.
• Design and interpret experiments and A / B tests to evaluate product and business strategies.
• Stay curious and explore new tools, methods, and approaches to keep Opendorse at the leading edge of data innovation.
