Advance Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning of Greenville , NC is looking to hire experienced full-time Lead HVAC Installation Technicians to provide field leadership and technical support for residential change-outs and light commercial HVAC projects. Our Lead HVAC Installation Technician positions offer competitive pay of $18-$35 / hour , plus bonuses. QUALIFICATIONS

• Leadership experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent working on light commercial / residential HVAC projects
• In-depth knowledge of light commercial / residential HVAC systems
• Able to interpret drawings and plans
• Safety-minded with an understanding of OSHA safety regulations
