Pay Range : $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 ($5,000 Sign On & Retention Bonus)

Overview

Aspiranet, a leading California-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Training Manager to join our Intensive Home-Based Services division. In this role you will provide clinical group and individual supervision for those collecting hours towards licensure and non-clinical group supervision for other program staff. Position Summary

The Licensed Clinical Training Manager will provide clinical supervision, non-clinical supervision, training, and quality assurance activities. They will lead staff development, support practice standards, and work with local program management to promote best practices and outcomes. They will collaborate with the locale leadership team on strategic planning and practice standards.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Operational Leadership

• Provision of clinical and group practice supervision to program staff.
• Assist in implementing and sustaining client care.
• Support in the development and execution of local program strategic plans.
• Monitor project deliverables and timelines; notify leadership of issues and take corrective actions as needed.
• Support staff in meeting client care hour requirements.
