A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Customer Experience team to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction

Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and training for Customer Experience roles

Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement in customer interactions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of management experience in a customer service or contact center environment

Proven ability to lead teams and improve efficiency through coaching and process optimization

Strong understanding of customer support best practices and multi-channel support

Experience with social media engagement and public-facing interactions

Analytical skills with the ability to use data insights for proactive problem-solving
