- 5+ years in the field as a software engineer or architect
- Deep knowledge of development with Python (3.8+) or NodeJS
- Certifications in a cloud platform (developer or architect level)
- Architecture experience using cloud-native services (GCP Preferred)
- Experience writing unit tests and synthetic tests with tools like PyTest, jest, and puppeteer
- Experience in an “Infrastructure as Code as a default” culture using tools like Terraform
- Experience with modern architecture patterns like microservices and serverless
- Experience with API development (REST, gRPC)
- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Firebase, or similar
- Familiarity with CI / CD patterns using tools such as Github Actions or similar
- Familiarity with operations and support systems like DataDog and OpsGenie
- Strong communication skills across in-person and remote teams A day in the life of our Engineers
