This is a full-time position. Starting Wage is $20.00 per hour DOE

As a Janitorial Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all interior and exterior areas of our beautiful campus are attractive, clean, and well-maintained.

Exterior of the building you will walk outside every day to make sure :

• Sidewalks, landscaping, entryways and parking lots are free of debris, litter and dog waste
• Monitoring the garbage and recycling areas on campus
• Cleaning windows, removing cobwebs, and removing snow and / or ice

Duties Inside the buildings, you will ensure a "white glove" standard of presentation in all of the office and common areas. You will also perform a variety of custodial duties, such as :
