Job Title : Veterinary Technician

Pay : Average $19 / hour based on experience (licensed techs earn more + CE certificate opportunities)

About the Role :

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our veterinary care team, supporting clinical operations and helping deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and treatments

Administer medications, vaccines, and prescribed therapies

Collect and prepare lab samples with accuracy and efficiency

Educate pet owners on care plans, treatments, and at-home instructions

Maintain accurate, detailed medical records

Perform dental cleanings and assist with both routine and advanced procedures

Monitor post-surgical patients and provide recovery care

Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately during exams and procedures

What Were Looking For :

At least 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician

Strong knowledge of animal care, behavior, and clinical procedures

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable using veterinary software and maintaining digital medical records

Licensed or certified techs strongly preferred (eligible for higher pay and continuing education support)
