Functional Lead – SAP S/HANA ITD & TM with EWM, IBP, and FTP

Summary:
Leads end-to-end SAP logistics and planning solutions across S/HANA ITD, Transportation Management (TM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Freight & Transportation Planning (FTP). Owns solution design, integration, and process excellence across transportation, warehousing, and supply-chain planning.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead functional design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/HANA ITD and TM.
• Oversee EWM solution design and ensure seamless integration with TM and S/ processes.
• Guide IBP demand, supply, and response planning alignment with execution systems.
• Manage FTP capabilities for freight modeling, routing, and transportation optimization.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements across planning, warehousing, and transportation.
• Ensure cross-module integration between TM, EWM, IBP, MM, SD, and Finance.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, testing cycles, cutover, and hypercare.
• Serve as primary liaison between business teams, IT, and implementation partners.
• Establish governance, documentation standards, and best practices across all modules.
• Mentor functional analysts and support teams to ensure consistent solution quality.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and oversee resolution of incidents and change requests.
