Vice President of Mortgage Servicing

A company is looking for a Vice President of Mortgage Servicing Single Point of Contact to lead and manage the SPOC team, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient mortgage servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee call center operations related to Collections SPOC, including vendor management

Build and manage a high-performing team while ensuring efficient resource allocation and operational efficiency

Enhance borrower satisfaction by overseeing communication and support during loss mitigation and loan modification processes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred

7+ years of experience managing large teams or cross-functional departments

10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or financial services, with expertise in loss mitigation and regulatory compliance

Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and regulations related to mortgage lending

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multi-functional staff in a fast-paced environment
