About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) for a fast-paced aviation inventory operation. You'll package, process, and coordinate shipments to ensure accurate, timely, and damage-free deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and package outgoing merchandise per company and customer standards (including ATA SPEC 300).

Ensure parts are packed securely and all documentation is accurate and uploaded.

Create air waybills, manage shipping documents, and schedule carrier pickups.

Coordinate with the pre-shipping team to resolve issues.

Support additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma / GED.

Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and domestic / international shipping.

Familiarity with inventory systems, ShipStation, and MS Office is a plus.

HazMat training preferred.

Ability to lift moderately heavy items and operate warehouse equipment.

Strong attention to detail; team-oriented and proactive
