As our Family Law department continues to grow, we are excited to welcome an additional Associate Attorney to support our expanding caseload. The Family Law Associate Attorney will be responsible for independently managing a diverse caseload with the support of an experienced legal team. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop or expand their practice in the areas of family law, domestic relations, and related civil litigation. • The Family Law Associate Attorney will be responsible for independently managing a diverse caseload with the support of an experienced legal team. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop or expand their practice in the areas of family law, domestic relations, and related civil litigation. Family Law Attorney / Managing Partner.
• Manage an active caseload in areas including divorce, custody, paternity, child support enforcement, guardianship / adoption, and related civil matters.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
• Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal assistants, and management to ensure efficient case handling.
• Participate in departmental meetings, training, and case reviews as needed.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 2 years of legal experience (family law experience preferred but _not required_).
• Bilingual a plus, not required.
• Minimum 2-5 years of legal experience. Litigation experience, motion practice, or courtroom exposure strongly preferred.
