Job Description

As the Supply Chain Planning Lead you will develop and implement supply chain planning strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Establish and maintain strong relationships with demand planning, sales, and marketing. Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management systems. Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the cosmetics and personal goods space. Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain planning activities with business goals. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Planning Lead should have : proven expertise in supply chain planning and inventory management within the consumer goods space. Experience in a wholesale environment is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain software. Ability to build and maintain relationships with sales, marketing, and demand planning. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.
