Property Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pearland, TX. As a Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties. Responsibilities include coordinating tenant build-outs, handling renovation projects, managing service requests, and ensuring properties are functional and marketable. You will also be responsible for communicating with property managers, developers, and real estate professionals to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Experience in property management, commercial tenant build-outs, and renovations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and service request management
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the Greater Houston area market is a plus
