California Investigator (Hybrid)

Position

Position is located in El Dorado Hills, CA. Investigator / SkipTracer (Hybrid). This is currently a hybrid in-office and work-from-home position. Candidate must have reliable, high-speed internet and suitable working environment at home. Candidates must reside and work within the greater Sacramento area. Candidate must be able to commute to the El Dorado Hills office multiple days per week. The required on-site days will be determined by the company.

Compensation

$16.50 per hour base pay plus ability to earn a weekly performance-oriented production bonus. The position is heavily weighted toward bonus compensation with uncapped earning. Production bonuses are based on earning points by successfully locating and facilitating the collection of the client's collateral. The production bonuses are assigned to the particular workweek when earned as required by California state law and are paid out on the regularly scheduled pay dates.

Schedule

Full-Time; Monday - Friday, no weekends, no overtime required.

Details

Our firm is currently seeking qualified individuals with excellent communication and strong customer service skills to perform skiptracing investigations (locates). The duties involve supporting our financial sector clients in efforts to locate and recover collateral. Candidates must be able to utilize computer technology to manage a case load, use a variety of investigative databases, and provide engaging service on the phone with a professional demeanor.
