Job Description
Provides senior-level analytical, operational, and modernization support across NAVSEA 09P functions including engineering change management, modernization policy support, and high-level stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Navy Modernization Program (NMP-MOM) policy, governance, and engineering change management.
- Conduct analysis, prepare briefings, executive reports, and modernization documentation.
- Facilitate working groups, assist with SCD processing, and quality management efforts.
- Support metrics development, performance analysis, and modernization program improvements.
Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship
Education : Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Experience
Certifications : ISO / CMMI experience acceptable
Specialized Experience Required In
DoD 5000, Navy Modernization, Engineering Change Management, ISO 9001 QMS & CMMI Level III
Required DoD Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience
