Overview

Talent Groups is leading the search for Sr. Business Analyst. The Sr. Business Analyst will have proven experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product managers, and executives. Skilled in gathering and prioritizing requirements from diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product managers, executives) to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Tableau / Power BI, and data modeling.
  • Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and enterprise systems.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience conducting gap analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
