Energy Delivery Manager

Position Overview
The Energy Delivery Manager plays a critical role in delivering power infrastructure for Vantage Data Centers' regional campus developments. This role is responsible for leading utility engagement, managing commercial delivery execution, and coordinating cross-functional workstreams to ensure on-time and cost-effective power delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills and a proactive approach to navigating complex utility landscapes. This role will be the key interface with WE Energies, American Transmission Company (ATC), the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW), and internal teams to align utility service timelines with development and construction schedules, commercial goals, and customer readiness.
Essential Job Functions
Utility Strategy & Execution
- Manage utility project workstreams across development, construction, and operations in coordination with Dominion Energy and related agencies
- Lead utility-related deliverables including queue tracking, interconnection milestones, service agreements, and energization readiness
- Oversee utility schedule alignment with commercial commitments and customer required-in-service dates
- Monitor key utility deliverables and escalate risks and delays to Energy leadership
Stakeholder & Internal Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for utility coordination across internal teams (Legal, Construction, Engineering, Operations, Development)Maintain close coordination with construction teams to ensure utility work aligns with site readiness and energization needsCoordinate internal reviews and execution of utility service agreements, tariffs, and energy pricing strategiesRepresent Vantage in meetings with utility stakeholders, local officials, and community entitiesRegulatory & Policy Support
Assist in the coordination of external regulatory processes (e.g., DEQ, State Corporation Commission) where requiredSupport the Legal and Policy teams in reviewing filings, local permitting efforts, and regional policy updatesTrack and report on policy and regulatory developments impacting project deliverySustainability Integration
Coordinate with the Sustainability team to align local utility procurement with clean energy goals and customer expectationsSupport delivery of green tariffs, RECs, or other renewable solutions when available through the utilityAdditional Duties :

Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business, energy systems, engineering, or related field58 years of experience in utility project execution, energy infrastructure, or stakeholder coordinationExperience working with Dominion Energy or within the Virginia utility landscape strongly preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar experience managing complex energy projects is a plusSkills :
Strong utility project management and execution skillsClear communicator with the ability to engage internal teams and external partners professionallyProficiency with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or AsanaFamiliarity with transmission / distribution planning, utility contracts, and interconnection proceduresDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple workstreamsWillingness to travel locally (up to 45%) for site visits, utility coordination, and stakeholder meetingsTravel required is expected to be up to 20% but may increase over time as the business evolves.Physical Demands and Special Requirements
