Williamson Pump & Motor has been a trusted name in the pump and motor service industry for years, providing exceptional solutions and customer care. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our dedicated Service Team.

As the first point of contact for our customers and Field Service Technicians, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and our service department
  • Dispatch Field Service Technicians and coordinate job schedules
  • Arrange customer appointments and outside inspections
  • Manage phone calls, data entry and general administrative duties
  • Support the service team with additional tasks as needed

    • What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in Service, HVAC, Electrical, or related field preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • Strong phone etiquette, computer proficiency, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal communication & people skills
  • Attention to detail; and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills with both logical and creative approaches
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    • Schedule

  • 8-Hour shifts, Monday to Friday
  • On-call availability as needed
