Position : Store Manager

Whizz, a leader in innovative transportation solutions for delivery riders, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Chicago e-bike store. This is a leadership role where you will oversee all store operations, drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Salary : $65,000–$75,000 + performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Store Management :

• Own the overall performance of the store, including sales, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including customer service associates and mechanics.
• Implement operational improvements and process optimizations to maximize productivity and store efficiency.
• Develop training programs and performance reviews to grow employee skills and engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion and innovation.
• Create and maintain operational policies and standard procedures, ensuring consistency across the store.
• Ensure precise and efficient handling of Work Orders (W.O.), maintaining accurate records for all service and repair tasks.
