Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager for a full-time, direct hire (no contract portion)opportunity in Kokomo, IN .The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and prior managerial experience in a retail setting.

Typical Responsibilities :

• Manage pharmacy staff, policies, procedures, hiring, training, and scheduling
• Oversee ordering, inventory control, and storage of drugs and controlled substances, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, patient information, insurance claims, and controlled substances
• Monitor pharmacy appearance, product displays, and address customer requests and complaints
• Develop and maintain retail pharmacy operations, including supporting new pharmacy openings and providing telepharmacy support
