Class-A Driver

The essential functions and basic duties of the CDL Driver are to perform pre and post trip inspection of their vehicle utilizing knowledge of safe and effective loading and handling procedures. As a Delivery Driver, you are also responsible for delivering and unloading products, reviewing paperwork for completeness and accuracy, checking orders for correct number of boxes, correcting addresses and support documentation, entering trip data into on-board computer, and completing paper logs if necessary.

Additional Details

• 2 to 3 routes per week based out of Iowa City for dispatch, with 1 to 2 layovers.
• All trailers are equipped with power jacks, dock and lift gate deliveries.
• Paid hotel stays.
• Meal per diems.

Sales Positions Only : For sales positions that are commission-based, the above range is an estimate of total potential commission-based compensation during an associate's first year, but UNFI offers an introductory period minimum of $680 per week. After the introductory period, as a 100% commission-based role, there is no set salary. UNFI's commission plans are uncapped and average earnings vary depending on territory and sales achieved, among other factors.
