Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, property damage, and general liability cases
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
  • Manage case files from inception to resolution

    • What They're Looking For :

  • J.D. and active bar license  in Alabama
  • 1-3 years of insurance defense or litigation experience
  • Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
