Product and Sales Manager
The Product and Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our product and service offerings. This position requires strategic thinking with strong leadership skills, an ability to develop a high performing sales team, and a passion for customer engagement. Experience in product and market development, along with a deep understanding of negotiation and contract management, is key to success in this role.
What You Will Do
- Sales Leadership & Strategy : Provide strategic direction for the sales team. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Market Expansion & Partnerships : Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders to support market growth, including strategic bulk and institutional sales opportunities.
- Team Development & Performance : Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Compensation & Incentives : Design and manage a competitive incentive program to drive peak performance and achieve sales targets.
- Data-Driven Sales Execution : Monitor key metrics, analyze performance trends, and implement data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Product Development & Market Insights : Identify evolving market needs and provide feedback to shape future product and service offerings.
- RFP Ownership : Lead all stages of the RFP process including response preparation, pricing, proposal creation, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Customer Engagement & Communication : Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that demonstrate value and drive growth.
- Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and maximize lead generation and market presence.
Qualifications
