Job descriptionStable, year‑round freight with consistent schedules Paid training program for new CDL graduates who meet the 120‑hour training requirement (fully paid three‑ to five‑week program as appropriate) Competitive weekly pay range of $1,400 to $1,800 (exact pay based on experience and route) Safety and performance bonus opportunities Reliable home time : weekly or every other week depending on fleet assignment Day‑one benefits : medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match after eligibility Paid time off and paid holidays Company‑paid life and AD&D insurance Pet and rider policies Paid orientation and ongoing driver support Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies Transport no‑touch dry van freight, executing scheduled pickups and deliveries Maintain accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs Perform and document daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members Valid Class A CDL Recent CDL school graduates with at least 120 hours of training qualify for the paid training program; experienced drivers also encouraged to apply Satisfactory driving record and demonstrated safety orientation Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screening

10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting full-time W-2 Entry-Level CDL A Truck Drivers based in Concord, NC for OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. This entry-level role is intended for recent CDL graduates and drivers with limited experience; qualified candidates are offered a paid training program and mentor support. Drivers operate assigned late-model tractors and receive comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

- Equipment : Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors
- Typical freight : No-touch dry van; approximately 70% drop-and-hook for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
