We're currently seeking a passionate Community Housing Coordinator to join our team at our location in Forestville, MD . In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for individuals residing in our residential group homes.

Position Details :

• Full-Time : Monday - Friday, Flexible hours needed, often later, non-business hour start time, for example working 10-6 or 11-7 is more ideal for this role; available evenings and weekends based on need, with ability to flex time throughout the week.
• Location : Forestville, MD

Compensation and Benefits :

Pay Range : $62,614 - $68,527 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.

Other Compensation : Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).

PTO : New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).

Holidays : 8 paid holidays per year

Retirement : 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.

Health Benefits : Full-time salaried employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).
