Job description

Position : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Temporary\n\nDescription\n\nShort Term Temporary position - 13 weeks in duration.\n\nThis position is not eligible for benefits.\n\nPay similar to that of a travel assignment.\n\nThis is a one time, 13 week assignment.\n\nFull time (36 hours per week)\n\nIncumbents can apply for regular employment with a Maine Health Entity after assignment completion if position matching skill sets are available.\nTo be eligible for consideration\n

  • Must be separated from a Maine Health facility for greater than 6 months.\n
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience\nSummary\n\nThe Certified Nursing Assistant - Temporary role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.\nRequired Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)\n
  • Education : \n\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\n
  • License / \n\nCertifications : \n\nCurrent applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.\n
  • Experience : \n\nRelevant experience preferred.\n
