Gross Weekly : $3,557.00 / week (Calculated in 40 hours)

Breakdown :

W2 (Taxable) : $52.00 / Hr

Per-Diem(Non-Taxable) : $1,447.00 / Weekly

Requirements :

Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)

ARRT preferred, RCES required, Oregon Board of Medical Imaging, BLS, ACLS.

Minimum 2 years of experience required
