Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
North Point Hospitality was started in 1978 and is located in Atlanta, Georgia. We build high-quality hotels in popular areas. Over the years, we've worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we've built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million. Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands. We're also working on 5 more hotels that are either being built or planned.

Support daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfactionLead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional hospitalityPartner with the Food & Beverage Manager to enhance guest experiences through innovative programsManage inventory, ordering, and operational efficiencyResolve guest concerns with professionalism and careAssist in budgeting and cost control to meet departmental goalsTrain and develop staff to maintain a high-performing teamEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standardsTake on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned to support the team and operationWhat You Bring :
24 years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality management2+ years of leadership experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA guest-first mindset and commitment to service excellenceFamiliarity with food service software systems (a plus!)Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shiftsKnowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
